Post And Rail Fencing and he has had to learn some very hard lessons on the job.
Post And Rail Fencing is a very physical job and my brother is lucky that he is very well built and finds physical labour quite enjoyable. However, it is challenging for him because there is quite a lot of precision involved in the erecting of this fencing and this has taken him quite some time to get right. He has now been working there for two years and really seems to have fitted in with the rest of the people he works with. Because he is so much younger than the rest of them they seem to look out for him and take care of him and he really appreciates that. He also enjoys the work as he has always enjoyed being outdoors. I really do think that it is the perfect job for him and hope he continues to remain as happy doing it in the future as he has been so far.
